Lochside Cottage is available to rent on a weekly basis with Saturday as your check-in day.

Prices range from £500 in low season to £750 in high season.
Off peak discounts and short breaks are available, please get in touch for details.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A deposit of £300 per week is required at time of booking. The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
• Any cancellation to bookings must be made in writing either to lochsidecottage@gmail.com or to Kenavara, 6 Ardmore, South Uist, HS8 5QY without exception.  On receipt of the cancellation notice every effort will be made to try and re-let the property.  If a re-let is successful at the same rate as the original booking we will refund your monies minus a £25 administration charge.  If a re-let is unsuccessful all monies paid by the client will be forfeit to cover loss of earnings.
• The cottage sleeps 8/10 people and this number must not be exceeded.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden within the property.
• Pets are not permitted.
• The accommodation will be available from 4p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10a.m. on day of departure.
• Clients are liable for any damaged caused during their stay.  Any damage caused or excess cleaning will be deducted from the refundable deposit.
